Moda is located in Dallas’s Victory Park neighborhood and only one block from the American Airlines Center and the Katy Trail.

Victory Park is home to high-end residential, a significant amount of office space, and active retail and restaurants.  Additionally, Moda is a short walk to all of Uptown’s vibrant dining and shopping destinations.

The 263-unit building consists of five levels of wood-framed construction above a concrete podium and parking garage.

The community includes 3,500 square feet of street-level retail. The community features a rooftop terrace offering spectacular views of Uptown, Victory Park, and the Downtown skyline. It also has a large elevated amenity deck with a saltwater infinity edge pool, fire pit, two private courtyards, resident lounge with VIP room, high-tech fitness center, and enclosed pet park. The project includes luxury urban finishes such as porcelain plank flooring, granite countertops, designer backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, hardwood cabinetry, luxury lighting package, full-sized front-load washers and dryers, and nine-foot ceilings.
