Alamo Manhattan Blocks is located in the South Waterfront District of Portland
The multi-phase project is on a 10-acre site in Portland's South Waterfront at the intersection of SW Lane Street and SW Bond Avenue. The Willamette River forms its eastern border. When complete, it will include a new street grid and five new buildings containing 1,200 apartment units. It will also feature a greenway park, which will be a public linear park along the Willamette River (650 feet long) containing walking/biking trails, lush native landscaping, and an overlook to the river.
The first phase is compete and includes the Willamette Tower (24-story tower with 340 units) and the Olivia (6-story podium project with 232 units). Alamo Manhattan also completed the greenway park as part of this phase. Future phases will include Block 45 (apartment podium project with two buildings) and Block 44 (apartment tower with 24 stories).
