David serves as a Development Associate at Alamo Manhattan. He is responsible for market analyses, underwriting, and process management for development projects. 

Before working at Alamo Manhattan, David graduated from the fulltime MBA program at the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Prior to graduate school, David worked for Drever Capital Management and also Dekel Capital. He has substantial experience in underwriting, investor relations, and raising capital. 

David holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Southern California.
