Danny serves as Director of Asset Management, overseeing and driving the execution of Alamo Manhattan’s business plan. He is responsible for developing and coordinating successful implementation of asset-level strategy, including market research, underwriting, debt and equity financing, cash flow analysis, property valuation, and day-to-day oversight of property operations.

Danny brings over a decade of professional experience in acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management of various product types, with specialized knowledge of the multifamily sector. Prior to joining Alamo Manhattan, he served as Vice President of Asset Management for Diamond Realty Investments, Inc. (a Mitsubishi Company), overseeing a national residential portfolio of 40+ properties with a total asset value of approximately $1.6 billion. In addition, Danny has held various roles at other institutional investment firms such as Civitas Capital Group, Goldman Sachs and L&B Realty Advisors.

The breadth of Danny’s experience comes directly from managing Class-A multifamily development projects for the Limited Partner, leading to a strong understanding of the expectation of institutional level equity partners and lenders.

Danny received a BBA in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University, while also minoring in Chinese Language. In his spare time, Danny enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, participating in motorsports, exploring the outdoors, and checking out the newest dining options DFW has to offer.
